I am not setisfied with your answered pls give me roughly bill amount on mail otherwise i am going for TRAI because you are not sending me sms for my gprs uses in a day and is this a logical that any person used 1.5gb data in only 10 days? If yes then give me exact detailed of my gprs uses and your team leader said me today that my gprs still activate. what a foolish logic is that? When you disconnect my services then how gprs still activ so pls check your system and send me exect bill amount otherwise i shut my services and going in TRAI.

Dear Mr. Shah,

Thank you for your email dated 12/06/12 about Multiple concerns for your Vodafone Mobile Number 9909920059.

We wish to inform you that we have checked the concern and found that GPRS pack of Rs.199/- providing you the benefit of 2.5GB per bill cycle was activated on your Vodafone Mobile Number 9909920059 w.e.f. 30/05/12 and deactivated on 11/06/12 as per your request. Please note that you will be charged a pro rata rent in your next invoice dated 22/06/12 and will receive a pro rata benefit towards the said pack.

We would also like to inform you that GPRS (Vodafone Live and Vodafone Mobile Connect) services are pre-activated SIM based services without any monthly rental. However, any surfing via the said services is chargeable at 10p/10KB. Further, you get charged for browsing if you use certain applications in your handset which refresh automatically. The settings for these applications are predefined on the handset by the manufacturer.

Further, we would like to inform you that the unbilled amount is an approximate amount for the usage done which does not include any rental and discount applicable in your account. Please note that we will not be able to provide you any details of the usage done before the bill generation date, i.e. 22/06/12. We request you to send an SMS UBILL to 111 (toll free) or dial *111# in order to know the unbilled amount of your above cited number.

We wish to inform you that post call notification on GPRS usage has not yet been introduced for postpaid subscribers active in a 2G pack. However, we thank you for your feedback and will let you know once we come up with any such changes.

In case you need further assistance, do call or email us. We’ll do our best to help you.
