Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO
Regarding to above mentioned subject this is to complaint you that I had done recharge (mobile no: 9016020655) of Rs.25/- for full talk time offer of TATA Docomo on 8th February, at 4:00 pm approx. I did this recharge using HDFC‘s net banking facility with transaction ID : 0208201115302158430, but I did not get any talk time.
While contacting to HDFC bank, they said that the problem was not from their end and I have a receipt of successful recharge.
While contacting twice to customer care (No: 121) of Docomo, there is no information regarding this transaction.At last I was heared by your customer-care supervisior Mr.Dilip Kori.The suggestion ID for the said compliant is 918419464 as provided by him.
so how much time should i wait , because this incidence happend on 8th feb 2011 and upto 23rd FEb 2011 there is no response about my complaint.even i have write down to nodal officer for this issue but the resposne is that ”we cannot find your transaction” and he is demanding very strange transaction id although it has already been provided.
