I recharge my mobile with 246 and 4 rupees via online recharge from the site of tata docomo. i pay from my mobile balance and money is deducted from my mobile balance. and i receive notification on website recharge is successful. however i not receive service benefit of this recharge. i complain in customer care and they give me resolution time of 15 days. i suffer 15 days and after that they say we cant give you benefit of service because i not follow a procedure which is not write on website when i doing my recharge. now what i doing. i m helpless.
