I am a valuable customer of Reliance broadband from more than last one year. Every time i have paid the internet bill on time. But from last 3 months I am facing a lot of problem in using the connection. And from last 2 months I am not getting the connection at all. I have complained so many times and the customer care executives have assured that this problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but still I am facing the same problem. I have already escalated this issue to the higher level of Reliance Broadband co. At that time I got the service for 3 to 4 days and again same problem started. When ever I called to take the followup, they asked me to wait for one more day. It is very annoying that after paying bill also I am not getting the service at all. Since, last month I have paid the full bill while I got the service only for 4 to 5 days, I asked for correction of bill and refund my money. For that I have registered a complain also. As per the customer care executive it should be corrected within 72 hours. But still I didn’t get any rectified bill and Reliance has generated a new bill without any refund.
