1640 rupees for 3 months 600kbps unlimited with download speed between 60 to 70 kbps. it is the offer they bring it to me, with my acceptance they have given the connection on 10th january 2013. from the first day onwards i dint get the scheduled speed so i’ve complained 4 times to customercare. For the first 2 compliants the technicians came and said this is the plan where you got maximum of 15 kbps and that too in night and afternoon times. so i called to the agent who gave me the connection but he listened for first 2 times and further he is not lifting my calls. i addressed this problem to the you broadband office they gave another number for rectifying the problem and they ask 1 day for rectifying the problem but days going on problem not yet rectified in the mean while net is not connected for 2 complete days , again went to the office for re complaning that next day connected and i got the original scheduled speed for maximum 2 hours that too in the afternoon time and same problem repeat again 0.2,1.2,2,3 to max 10,11 these are the speed limits which i got most of time. now the other person also not responding to my calls, problem not yet rectified but i got the scheduled speed at mid nights . at last today(2-2-2103) they responded but nothing will happen. and this is my complaint since 10th january 2013 i dint get the given speed all the time. almost a month completed since i took the connection. so i addressed this problem to this for getting the solution. and i’ve video and photo proofs also. to complete my work i stayed late nights every day. since the connected date i’m dailed their numbers every day for this issues, but once or twice they responded and just say all such nonsense that ” we will rectify by today evening, ok sir i’ll call you back, sir speed issues office lo check chesthaa i’m outside ippudu” like this. even i asked for giving my remaining money back taking this month charge(550) they said its not possible. i’m completly wexed up with the problem so i need my money back because of this problem. [please help me by taking me out this issue] thank you
