I had purchased a Sony Ericssion Txt Pro from India TImes online Shopping portal in the month of Nov 11. I was informed that if the product becomes faulty in 6 months time, then they will refund the money. I faced problem with the mobile like, the touch screen was not functioning properly,sound was not audible and headphone FM was not working. I had sent it to them for repair. They repaired the mobile and sent it back to me. After few days, I started facing the problem again. I complained about the same. THey arranged a reverse pick up. They informed me tht they will refund me the money on my credit card but its been more than a month now, they neither refund me my money nor they give me a mobile phone. I have written atleast 20 e-mails to them to revert but they don’t reply. After every 3-4 follow up, they send me a mail stating that they are looking into the matter and will revert in 48hrs. I received a call from their end on 8th June. THey told me that they will refund me the money in 4-5 days. Buts its been 12 days but they have still not refunded me my money. I have asked them many a times to provide me the e-mail id of their higher management so that I can write to them, but they never provide it to me. I am completely fed up and frustrated with their approach and attitude. The value of the mobile is Rs.6300/-. I request you to take this up with them.
