This complain is regarding shaadi.com. i wanted to be member of this matrimony site for 6 months. their agent (Nilesh) called me and told me that there is offer also available in the scheme. i clearly told him to send me link for 6 months but he sent me link for 3 months. i had no idea about the link and i followed that link and become member for 3 months. i requested nilesh (agent) that i want to be member for 6 months then he sent me another link for 6 months and assured me that he will cancel my previous transaction and give me refund within 3 days. i sent mail also to id [email protected].
it has been 3 weeks now and i have not received any kind of refund till now and on the contrary now they have changed my membership expiry date as 3 months only.
i want justice.
