Sir,
I am using services of MTNL (Landline and Broadband), my number is 25359931.
Due to the construction of the Sewage at Main Nagafgarh Road (near Uttam Nagar West Metro Station). I am unable to use the services (LANDLINE & BROADBAND)from 29 Apr,2013 till now.
And regarding that I had lodged the complaint online and also visited the MTNL Exchange Hastal Road many times. And my complaint was not there many times.
So in concern of the above issues I want you to take action regarding the rebate of my bill of period of may-June. And also want the Rebate in the Bill for the period of Non Usage of MTNL services.
nO ACTION has been taken since 30june in against it. when it is been sent to GM of west and GM Admin. since the same 30june. i had talked to them regarding to their GM and his reply are like bull shit and GM also useless that dont even have professional ethics about talking to customer.
Looking for the strong action for the same.
