I Paid INR 2490 for Extending My Sony Vaio LAPTOP’s Warranty. They said It will take few days to get the Extended Warranty. I was asking when I can get it. But they were not replying in a proper way. They said in 3 days you will get. Then I was asking shall i get it surely after 3 days as I’m an outsider and left my job and came all the way to chennai only for this purpose. Then they answered in such a way that they are not at all reponsible for that. They said We cant say. Once your sl.no is uploaded then only we can say, like that. As a consumer dont i have the rights to know when i can get the one i need for which i paid money?
