Name of company/service: DELL INDIA and Bluedart Express Shipping Company
I had dell laptop with service tag “57qfmv1”. Dut to some issues with its motherboard it is put on replacement by dell. On 3rd July2013 my old system was picked up by Bluedart Express shipping company. And on 12th July 2013 I was supposed to get a new laptop as replacement.
But on same day I contacted bluedart express to enquire about delivery time and then I found that delivery of my new laptop is put on hold by dell.
so I contacted Dell and they told me that some parts of my old system are missing.
And from the same day I contact Dell to take some action and to investigate something in my matter. But daily they told me that Mr. Naveen MN who was my case owner will contact me by the end of the day. But I hadn’t got any call by him or any one else till today. And i hadnt got any positive responce by dell executives till today.
so what can I do now?
and who is responsible for those missing parts?
and by when I will get my laptop ?
