I had placed an order of a Karbon A11 mobile on TimTara.com on 20th December 2012. They had committed that the order will reach to me within 3 weeks but when I did not get the product within specified time, I cancelled my order through their customer care number on 12th January 2013. Till today the status on site is showing awaiting shipment (showing from 27 th December 2012). I had sent many mails and launched online complaint on their site also. again made a call on their customer care on 19th January and the person told me that My order cancellation request is being forwarded and I will get my money within three days. I made another call after four days and the person tells me that I will get my money back in a week. Its more than a week now but status is as it is. Please help me to get my money back as it is more than a month. I am attaching some files for your reference. Hope for a quick action. Thanking you….. Amit Sapariya
