Not getting mobile replacement/ repair since last 3 months

hi, I had given my mobile at service center on 4 feb 2015 till date i had not recevied a singal call from there side .its very worst sevice bykarbonn mobile . whenever i am calling them they keep telling wait for 15 days.i am really furstrat with them please help me. karbonn is the worst mibile company. my complaint no. is
