I have purchased a Epson Large format printer from a Epson distributor Apsom Technologies Pvt Ltd. Mumbai on 28/12/2012 & the 2nd printer on 1st April 2013. We are enable to get the consumables on time from the distributors. We have been writing mails & calling them for inks but we are just getting false commitments.
Being a monopolized items non of the other distributor are allowed to supply inks to us. As Apsom is also not in any condition to supply as the same.
Pls take the action against this & save our life.
