Not getting help from IDBI Federal

I have taken a policy IDBI Federal Incomesurance Guaranteed Money back Insurance Plan 7pay (Policy Number – 4000968857) on 13-Oct-2016 at IDBI bank Jubilee hills branch and I have paid a sum of 50000/- as first year premium . Later, unfortunately my business met with fire accident and I lost all my money i.e., around 50 lakhs. So that I could not able to pay the premium in next consecutive years and hence the policy was lapsed. As My situation is very
critical, I asked the IDBI Federal people to refund my money of 50000/-. They replied that they cannot return the money as the policy was lapsed. They have not considered my concern and have no intention to help the customer. So, kindly consider my request and do
