not getting exactly promised free minutes

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: west bengal&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: airtel</p>I’ve received a messege offering “Local A to A-1000 mins and A to Others-200 mins on recharge of Rs 97 valid for 30 days” on my Airtel number on 21st instant… I made the recharge on that day but I’ve received only 200 Airtel mins valid for 4 days only which expired yesterday.
Next day (22nd jan) I launched a complaint and they told me to wait 48 hours, but still now I have not received remaining minutes..
Now I’ve to spend more than Rs.100 per day which is quite impossible to bear for me.
