Mr. Dudhat from Ahmednagar, send a parcel to their daughter (my wife) to swargate, Pune on dated 9th july Recipt No. 040518. till today we were not getting the same. After making inquiry on Gandhi curior services office (pnone no 0241-2346875) at Ahmednagar the lady person give feedbak as ‘ I will tell the details in 30 minuts with a back call, after an hour I, myself did the call again on same number and she give reply soo coldly and roudly that we cant take your parcel with us, in few days we will deliver you. Later on the lady told same lines & the reciver down.at thired time she again said that we will deliver your parcel very soon. At this time when I said Im going to complain it in Consumer Fourum the she againg speek too much arogantly that go ahead and make a complaint.
