Not getting bluetooth

I Ajay Patne had bought Samsung Tab 2 (attached are the receipt of Purchase) from Reliance Digital. As informed by the sale executive about the offer of free Blue Tooth on online registration, i had resgistered for Free Blue Tooth offer the same in the month of August. But to my dismay i got a mail from Samsung that the registration has failed (have attached that mail also). As the registration had failed earlier i tried to re-register, but constantly it kept on giving message _quot YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED_quot. I also kept on calling customer service Ref No.A446312003 on 11/9/2012, 8/10/12 & 16/10/12. Pls check, my first complaint was rasied before the offer closure date. Now when i am asking about the complaint status i got feed back that offer is closed and we cannot help you. This is very much unethical ad non professional.
