sir , i have taken your 1 mbps 10 gb and then 512 kbps monthly unlimited for 12 month on 28 april 2015 and i paid totally 6100 rps in advance due to serious problem regarding your service and proper connectivity i decided to discontinuation your service but tikona digital service fail to inform me and diretl stopped rental i said them permanently close my account not only stop my rental i am not able to use your service because i have faced lots off connectivity issues.
pls sir stop generating my bill and stop illegal charges. you are fail to serve me service and instead off solving my problem you adding charges on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sir i will not pay a single rupee.i stop using your service till 21 jan 2016 while talking ;your customer service officer its my last log in. and even i called your team to receive your property and they received it on 19 march 2016. settle my issue regarding fake bill generation and fraud allegation on me.
