NOT GET PRODUCT AS WELL AS MY MONEY FROM INDIA PLAZA SINCE LAST ONE MONTH

My name is mayank p patel and i have bought one mobile
i-ball andi 4.5h from site indiaplaza.com on 11/02/2013,at the same
time money from my account has been cut,the order details i have
attached in attachment with this mail.but till today i have not got my
mobile as well as mobile.
Even though i cannot contact costermer care.
I dont know what to do?
