Sir/madam
Iam siju.i have an idea customer (9847250879).2016 june 1st 4:22pm i got call frome idea portel service(07026541000) based on my porting request.cummunication id c 1-66119674598.he told me 299 plan and i accepted to change my 399 plan to 299.he take my request activate on my bill date. But my plan was not changed bill date.i am informing idea customer care.but they don’t know nothing.2nd time i am faced this type same issue.idea showrooms calling and they offering.Customer care not know this offers.customer were condacting this type problems.

You wand well customer service solve and clear this type of problems.
