we have business of grain merchant. we have insured goods amounting rs 36lacs .new oriental insurances kalyan have paid regular premium through punjab national bank .our claim is around 10to11lacs only . surveyors visit the site companys officer is also visit site but now they are telling we are not under the insurance clause . but there is an genuine loss . every one has seen . bank officer’s and insurance officer also please help as
