not geeting login password

Name of company/service: tikona

hey i have subscribed for tikona wireless broadband service and paid 2300 rupees for the same the engineer instaled the lan and said me to send the message to company for password. i am not geting the password and customer care and officers of tikona tries to manipulate things. i am not able to use the internet connection since i subscribed for the service my user id is 1107399129 please help me for geeting my service started or geting my money back from the company
