I call customar care to solve the problem. But they say to me, we are not send offer you mobile.

i would like tell that Reliance telecom service has done the same to me. i had a conversation with the reliance customer care executive and i was told that offers on *129# are valid and i will get the offer if i recharge with the amount but the same did not happen and i feel cheated by Reliance as on calling up customer care again it was denied by them and my call was disconnected admist the conversation and now i am unable to call 198 customer care. Is this the behaviour of reliance team? if you dont want to provide the benefit of any offer then why is that offer being shown by you??
