I had bought a Ogeneral AC from Alfa Cool, at the time purchasing time MR Sandip the owner, told us that you they will provide you the regular services and all for one year. Later after 8 months we were having the cooling problem and he is not fixing the problem since last 3 months….. I have informed the Ogeneral company about this and they are also trying to resolve the problem from Alfa cool but the owner MR Sandip is not even listening to the company(Ogeneral).
