Not exchanging the material nor giving refund.

Its been a month i’ve brought a pair of slippers from World of sports, Alpha one branch. For size problems I returned the pair back next day and asked them to replace with a bigger size. Its been more than a month and 4-5 rounds of the shop but still they are not providing the slippers nor giving the money back.
