not even proving the plan offered

Name of company/service: airtel

i have got my data card recharged by 948.
which has the plan of 6 GB on 3g speed and afterwards on 2G speed.but i m getting only 3GB and afterwards the internet is not getting connected.After many complaints I havent yet got any solution.
