Not enabling Easy monthly installments on mu credit card due amount

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Private sector

I have taken a credit card from a bank and i have Rs.50,000 which is due.

I am not in a position to pay the whole amount in single shot, and I am asking them to give me EMI option. The customer care Dept is denying it. Please help me.
