I bought a Magic spin- Cleaning Mop by lock & lock(Product code 28769067) from homeshop18 (Order no 913136427) on 11 june 2012. Inspite of several intrection from the counsumer team of homeshop18 obout the repair of my mop which is not working from atleast1 &1/2month i am unable to get any solution. I even told them that you repair the mop i am ready to pay for it but they are not responding even not taking properly. I even asked for a shop where i can get it repair but they are not responding instead they are saying that you buy a new one
