Not delivery on time.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Patna&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: DTDC</p>I have book a courier of medicine which was very urgent to deliver. So i booked it from DTDC express service on 1 june 13 and they committed delivery on 5 june.
But they didn’t deliver till date.
