The same is the case with me as well.When I placed order I have been infromed that will recieve my product in 8-10 days, But it has been more than 20 days and nothing concrete yet.I have not even contected by the TVC Sky shop they said dispached on 14th may which i had booked on 6th may order no OC2370576 till 22nd may not recived the product these company making mockry of hte custamers

I have a similar problem as yours.
I had purchased the merlin 123 on 17th July 2010. I had done the payment by credit card. Its been more than a week but I have still not received it. After i called the callcenter, I was informed that the shipment was done on 25th Aug 2010. And they provided me the consignment no.
When i tried to track my consignment, it turnend out to be a different one that was dipactched on 6th Jul 2010.
I am very much dissatisfied with TVC.
