Not delivering the Product from Housefull

dear All,
I have purchased a cecila TV unit from Housefull from Karkhana Hyderabad on 25th May 2013,they told us it will be delivered on 4th jun, they delivered wrong product to me. After that I made several calls to the warehouse manager 9603366115 and store manager 9603366118 and they always told me that they will be delivering today only. Finally they have agreed on jun 13 that they will install the product (wrongly delivered to me) and they will exchange the product by 18th of Jun, but till date they are not delivered and not lifting my phone. Purchasing a product from housefull is purchasing a ticket to hell with our own money. Please change the product
