I’ve purchased one V-Guard AC Stabilizer upto 2 ton AC from Homeshop18.com under the payment mode 3 EMIs of HDFC Bank Credit Card (FT No:- 215275399319)on May 31, 2012 at12:56 PM.the order number for the product was 912857857.On 05/06/2012 I’ve received a text message on my mobile that my order is shipped vide AWB no.z63492177 and they informed that the order will be delivered within 3-4 working days.But i’m yet to receive the order and meanwhile i’v called their customer care for 7-8 times but every time they told me they are sending the matter to their higher authority but no actions have been taken till now.On my home shop account in my order history it is shown that the order is shipped.On 03/07/2012 when I again called the customer service they told me the AWB no.z63492177 for shipment tracking.When I tracked the shipment I found in the DTDC tracking portal that the shipment has been delivered on Saturday, June 09, 2012 @ 1710 Hrs and somebody signed it and accepted the delivery.When I went to the DTDC office for the en query the in charge told me he will look into the matter as early as possible.The next day he sent some gye named Manas who came to my place and made false allegation that he delivered to my mother and she received the product on my behalf and the in charge phoned me and told me to go in legal way.By the way the only phone number I’ve given to the Homeshop18 portal is 9433947061 and the DTDC in charge gave me a phone number i,e 9748392726 and told me to find out whether the phone number is known to me or not.Kindly help me on this matter and do the needful as early as possible.
