NOT DELIVERING CELL PHONE KEPT UNDER SERVICE FROM MORE THAN 1 MONTH

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY CELL PHONE- “YU YUPHORIA” TO SAMKY DIGITAL ON 23 FEB 2016 HAVING JOBSHEET NO- “E061246-0216-22070587” AND MY CELL REACHED YU’S DOCK ON 1st MAR 2016 FROM THEN WHEN I CALLED YU CARE FOR MY DEVICE DETAIL ON 10th MARCH THEY SAID THEY WILL DISPATCH THE CELL WITHIN 4-5 DAYS AGAIN ON 18th MARCH I CALLED BACK YU THEN ALSO THEY SAID THEY WILL DISPATCH MY CELL WITHIN 4-5 DAYS AGAIN I CALLED YU ON 26th MARCH THEN GIRL NAMED ‘AKRITI’ PICKED MY CALL AND SAID “SIR WE GIVE YOU GUARANTEED ASSURANCE THAT YOUR MOBILE WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 7 DAYS ” THEN ALSO WHEN I CALLED AGAIN YU CARE ON 31st MARCH THEN THEY TOLD THEY WILL DISPATCH MY CELL WITHIN FEW DAYS THEN I TOLD THEM TO TRANSFER MY CALL TO SENIOR THEN THEIR SENIOR ‘Mr. ABHISHEK KUMAR’ TALKED TO ME AND SAID “THERE IS LACK OF STOCK SO THERE WAS DELAY AND SAID CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DONE WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 21 DAYS SO GIVE US TIME OF 21 WORKING DAYS” THEN I SAID YOUR 21 WORKING DAYS HAS ALREADY BEEN PASSED AND NOW I AM GOING TO CONSUMER FORUM THEN HE SAID “PLEASE WAIT A WHILE ND I GIVE YOU GUARANTEE THAT YOUR CELL PHONE WILL BE DISPATCHED WITHIN 7 DAYS AND IF WE COULD FAIL YOU CAN SUE US ” AND AGAIN WHEN I CALLED YU TODAY ON 5th APRIL THEN MR. ‘DIVENDRA KUMAR’ PICKED MY CALL AND SAID “YOUR MOBILE IS STILL IN SERVICE ND WILL BE DELIVERED SOON” THEN I SAID THAT PLEASE CONNECT ME TO Mr. ABHISHEK AS HE GAVE ME GUARANTEE REGARDING DISPATCH THEN HE SAID ” NO I CAN’T CONNECT YOU HAVE TO TALK TO ME ONLY I AM THE HEAD RIGHT NOW ” THEN WHEN I SAID HIM GIVE ME WHOLE DETAILS OF EVERY TIME WHEN I CALLED AS I AM GOING TO SUE YOUR COMPANY THEN HE SAID ” SORRY SIR I CAN’T PROVIDE YOU ANY INFORMATION PLEASE CO-OPERATE”
So, i only want to say that they are just giving fake information and misleading information and they are not doing their work on time. In name of service they are just manipulating their customers and using cheap tricks to by pass the warranty period so that customer will never use free service by keeping their mobiles as long as they can in name of service. They even have passed the maximum days for service of 21 days which is violation of law due to which i have to suffer a lot as i purchase a new cell phone as a substitute of RS. 6000 , mental harassment in these 30 days because of YU which can’t be measured in monetary terms nd for daily activities like internet and others i also hired a laptop.
By all these information i only want the thing is to take strict action against this company and provide me compensation if possible or shut down these type of companies as it is only doing business of selling and after selling products they are only harassing the customers
