Not delivered woods on given time.

I Purchased a pampers baby pants diaper ans johnson baby sop from flipcart and made payment already for items. As their system it should be delivered up to Aug 5th, 2013 but still not delivered. I called 5- times on their customer care they didn’t say the actual status. I ped a 3 mails but still haven’t received any proper resolution from their end.
My complain is they have to pay the penalty for my time and not delivered the items on time. The penalty amount should be more so they will not repeat the things in future.
