Ordered it 2 weeks ago. Got delivered a wrong product last week. It was cash on delivery so I saw it after paying and collecting the product. Actually the colour which I asked for was sent wrong. A delivery guy took it this week for replacement. Then I got a call on Wednesday (11th July) from a guy named Anand from Quantum Courier and he told me your product is with me and you have to pay cash on delivery. I argued with him that I already paid and it’s a replacement but he told me it is mentioned on his system it is cash on delivery!
I’m sick of calling customer care and they seem useless. Every time I call them they hold the call saying they are checking and call gets disconnected.
Their service has traumatized me. I have wasted a lot of my valuable time, money and energy on this.
Please help me and provide me justice.
