On 2nd oct 2016,In FLIPKART, I placed an order for Bosch toolkit for Rs.2518/- in BIG-BILLION-DAY sale..But now after waitng till 12th oct 2016, they have cancelled the order and giving the reason as “Incomplete address”.
I contacted the customer care, and they are telling that “courier partner was unable to deliver you, we are sorry, please make a fresh order”.
But now to place a fresh order, the cost is Rs. 3199/-, total 700Rs. increased.
They are not re-initiating the product using other courier also.
Please do something to these online retailers, they are riding on customers.
