not deliver product

Sir,
I order electronic product from Naaptol company but i not got product presently. i call 2 times to naaptol call number. first time they told me your product is in process to dispatch and told me you get your product with in 2-3 days but i not got any product the delivery period is over. Again i call,they cancelled my product without given any information.

So, i request you please punish Naaptol company because they not follow their own rule.
I want that naaptol deliver product without taking any charges because every person/costumer time and money is valuable. naaptol company waste too much time and money.
