NOT COMPENSATING AS WELL DISCONNECTING MY DEVICE

Hi,,i am using MTS data card mdn 9136087658 since december .From the very first day MTS is not giving me good service.now from last five days MTS is not wrking in my area due to their technical problems.so i asked customer care either to compensate some amount as am not using and after that am paying bill.or disconnect it from the 1st of june .But he said i cant register complaint as you have to pay the bill.and it will continue until and unless you will not pay and atlsat after 3 months they will disconnect but then also i have to pay bill either i used or not,,they are just trapping me in this crap neither they are giving me service nor they want to disconnect and at the end they will just make a court issue..why should innocent people should pay for their problems.please its our hard earned money..its not your black money MTS.and am telling you if you will not disconnect the service .then also m not going to pay how much you will case a file or bring police etc etc.Got it
