Dear Sir,
I am having an account with your bank. I am having good statement record for last two years.
My customer relationship number is 32474295.
I am facing problem in changing my address.Nobody is helping me i have visited borivali(West) LT road branch thrice but all in vain.
I am having following documents:
HDFC credit cards statement latest
SBI credit cards statement latest.
LIC policy receipt on the same address.
I am staying with my grandmother but i have not included my name in ration card. I have all other proof of identity. My all address proof are showing previous address.
Since this is my salary account my current address is office address and my all important documents are going in my office.
Everybody is saying to close my account instead of changing my address.
If you want you can ask for verification on my current address.
Kindly look into the matter seriously.
