i was take a web host space on www.ideastack.com for my site. they guruntee for 15 days money back if i dont like their service. after a week when i tried to access their service they have alot of restriction every where i have t spent more so i decide i will ask for my money back but when i said for this they said you already use my service addon service before register they not said any thing about that they just said if i not like their service i can take my money back.
Tell me that without use any menu how can i know about their service.

note :- they said i use their addon service and add another domain and tey i remove my domain from there.
now what to do they are doing cheating man.
