i have registered complain no 10890105 as mentioned by representative with in 24 hrs technician will reach to u. after 48 hrs i rang to ifb customer care represntative(CCR) , he told that ur complain is closed it was ridiculous no one approach/attend complain of my microwave oven. CCR suggested register complain again i registered no 10899926 dated 6 Jun 13 till no response from ifb side. i don”t think this kind of attitude will help ifb to make good relationship with customers. plz check the status & do what ever u can do. otherwise plz don”t give 1 yr full warranty.
