I have recharged of Rs 19 from my mobile and it says that it will provide unlimited calling for 1 day but when I recharged no benefit is given to me. When I called up the cc of this company they said that computer is not working, call next day. Again I called up the customer care next day they took approx half an hour then told that You were using 2g net thatswhy that plan didn’t work. How come I know about that condition that in the case of 2g net using minute pack is not working. Please solve asap. Either give me the benefit or refund my money.
