not activating sim card

I Anupam Sadhukhan want to inform you that I purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY Y DUOS LITE GT-S5302 (IMEI No 353877051720732) mobile phone from a shop AKSHARA, B101A, Kalpataru building
Bengal Shristi Complex
City Centre, Durgapur 713216
PH- 0343 2547979.

My bill no is S12/1207. As per the offer pack, which is written in the mobile box too, RELIANCE 3G is offering a “BLUE BOLT SMRAT DEAL”. As per that, they have to provide
• Free 1GB Data/month for 6 months on RELIANCE 3G
• * Unlimited data usage for 6 months on Reliance GSM
• * Free SIM card
From the above I only get the Sim card (Sim card no 8991856210000605909 & mobile no 8389834498)
which was inside the mobile box. On the next day i, .e on 12th november I submitted all the required documents along with Rs 100, for the activation of sim. & today is 22nd November & they still not activated my sim . Between these days I informed them many a times over phone on 9832254875 regarding my problem & also visited the shop too, but they are showing excuses for this. Sometimes they are saying that as per new TRAI rules it takes 3 days for activation of sim. But till now they didn’t activated my sim card.

So please help me & sort-out my problem as soon as possible. & take action against them

    i bought a samsung galaxy 5302 and i not reliance sim card with this phone
