Not Activating my No from 20 days

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Airtel

I lost my mobile on 12 Nov ,blocked Airtel Service on same day for my Post paid ,on 14 i went to Airtel showroom at Ammerpet and requested for New SIM, they tols SIM’s
are not available and asked me to come on last Wed’day, i went and took NEW SIM by submityting required Docs and took acknowledgement from them , from last 6 days they are unable to activate my SIM , CC Peopele are telling DOCS are not yet reached to them so they asked me resubmit the New DOCS again , today i went to AIRTEL Office, Ameerpet and tried to Submit the Docs , they tols we had already send all the Docs to main branch,i was totally upset with AIRTEL Service.
Want to justice in this issue.
