Dear Sir,
I am employee of GTL through gtlinnovsouce consultancy after working 3 years my project transfer for pune and my company gave me two option , first join pune and second is regin from job. I gave regin at 12 july 2012 by mail to responsible O&M MANAGER Mr. Anirudh and they says that complete this month as a grace period and i carry on my job till 3 august 2012 and after information i leave the office and reminder him time to time for accept my regin and release my releving letter they assured me that they do it but till date my regin accept reply mail not send from company end i gave him many reminder again Manager and HR but they not gave any response . and I fill my PF withdraw from at January 31 2013 but my PF form not submit from company end due to full and final settlement then i mail him withdraw without full and final settlement at last I gave him warning for legal action then he reply me that my pf form submit and wait 2 month for processing period.
In this all proccess my one Year loss without any job due to not release releving letter and I face to much financial problem Because I am a married with two child who read in convet school.
so please guide me for next process.
