Hi,
I ported from vodafone to Airtel last week. First airtel people messed with my request and my number was deactivated for 1 week. After that when they finally successfully ported the number, only outgoing call and 3g is working. I am not able to receive any incoming call. incoming/ougoing SMS also not working. If you call on my number (8861846565) it says “you seemed to have dialed an invalid number”.
Customer care of Airtel is another headache. First they put your call on hold and never come back. yesterday after trying 3-4 calls i registered a complaint. Today when i called to get the status of that complaint they told me your complaint is regarding 2G services and not related to incoming calls.
This is unacceptable.
Please can someone look into this.
