Not able to port out of MTS

Name of company/service: MTS

My name is Patel SR.

I am trying to port out of MTS to other network but every time i send the SMS i get a message saying message cannot be delivered.

When i call to customer care they wont take my complaint and they say they will call within 24hrs and they dont contact at all. And they cut the call without providing any solution.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
