Sir,
I have placed an order No. 10269024 for online purchase of samsung galaxy y duos mobile phone (S6102) on 09/06/2012 from online shopping website of timtara (i.e. www.timtara.com). When i placed this order, they mentioned that my product will deliver in 10-15 working days, but they did not dispatch the product in this time duration. After that i made several attempts to know about my order status by telephonic conversation on phone no. 0135-3051500, but their customer care representatives are telling that wait and your material shall be dispatched shortly. But unable to tell me about the delivery of my product.
Now it is almost 1 month but my product is still not dispatched.
Please seethis matter.
