Name of company/service: Croma extended warrenty

I purchased a Samsung semi washing machine from Croma Store, with two years extended warrenty, at Faridabad. The machine is giving cotinuous buzzer on swiching on the elecric switch. For this I wanted to lodge a complait at Croma Toll Free Helpline no. 18002092525. I am trying the number for last three days but unable to connect.

Please help me in lodging my complaint for the machine.I purchased the machine in December,2010
