non working refrigeratoe sold to us

i bought a refrigerator from croma on 12/06/12..the refrigerator is not cooling right from the time it was delivered. v lodged the complain on the same day but its 11 days since ten and no action is taken from the companys side.. eveytime i cal to make a complain they say thar the refrigerator will b replaced as soon as possible and he senior team will visit our address, but nothing has worked since then. no senior team has visited my place, neither i recieved a call bak as promised by the company. there is not even 1% cooling in the refrigerator. we are tired of calling the service centre 10 times a day but there is no response..
